We like to keep things as simple as possible but here is the fine print.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking, Once received we will confirm receipt. Unfortunately without a deposit we cannot guarantee a reservation.
Cancellation Policy
In the extremely unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking we will give you as much notice as possible and help in trying to find alternative accommodation and obviously refund your deposit in full. If you have to cancel your booking, we are unable to refund your deposit if you cancel within 2 days of arrival. If you provide us with more notice we will try to re let the bunkhouse and if successful we will return your deposit in full.
Minimum Group Size
We only book in advance by the room or sole occupancy of the bunkhouse over weekends. (Smaller groups please contact us)
Check in & Check out Times
Check in time is from 4pm and check out is 11am.
Travel Insurance
Please consider travel insurance to cover your deposit if you do have to cancel your booking.
